SNF RUG Rates

The SNF PPS and swing bed PPS resource utilization group (RUG) rates are now available for the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. To access the rates, click on the link for your facility’s location, then click on the tab for your facility’s designated county or CBSA location to view the RUG rates for your facility’s location.
