The files posted here are in a format to facilitate downloading for the provider or third-party billing contractors to use as they choose. They are not designed to facilitate finding a particular fee amount. There may be a delay from the release of new pricing information to the receipt of the data and the addition of the update to Trispan.com. We update these fee schedules when new information is received.
The Direct Data Entry (DDE) system is the best source for specific information on a given code. For the most current fee schedule values please look up the code on the Medicare Part A Direct Data Entry screen, option 01 'Inquiries' and option 14 'HCPCS'. Enter the HCPCS code in question for detailed information. See the Electronic Media Claims (EMC) page for more information on DDE. Dollar values expressed in these files use the far right two digits as cents, for example, 2474 equals $24.74. Also, if you see 'NA', in the locality place, this means this code is not locality specific.
