If you do not have cookies enabled, you will have to agree every time you visit the bulletin or LMRP search page. If you do have cookies enabled, your preference will be saved for the entire visit to the site. This preference will not be saved between site visits, however.

If we share demographic information with third parties, we will give them aggregate information only. The only exception to this is related to workshops. To avoid duplicate bookings at workshops sponsored by professional associations, we provide a list of names of those people who have registered on our web site.

  • While TriSpan will make every attempt to protect the personal information that you share with us, electronic mail is not secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive, you may want to send it by postal mail instead.
