TriSpan staff, processes, training and controls have always focused on delivering high quality results and continuous improvement to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Medicare providers and beneficiaries we service. Now we have the independent certification to prove it. We have a very structured program of 48 core and 34 support processes that provide guidance on all we do to meet our CMS contract requirements. Each process is focused on the requirements of the customers and suppliers and includes detailed procedures, flow charts, control of documents and measurements. These processes are continually reviewed by Certified Quality Auditors.
